NIGHT SHIFT 7PM-7AM
REQUIREMENTS:
Must wear all required PPE (ex. bump caps, safety toe shoes, safety glasses) and other PPE items that situations, locations or tasks may dictate (ex. Masks, ear plugs, harness, gloves, aprons, etc.).
Pass leader test.
Pass color blindness test and vision screening.
Successful interview.
Physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of materials (25 - 35 lbs.)
Walk, stand, lift, bend and reach regularly.
Must be willing to work adjusted hours if necessary to complete task or to cover during absenteeism of other shifts.
Prior computer skills preferred.
Must be able to communicate clearly with direct reports and departments.
Able to perform the essential functions of the CM Operator position.
Able to perform the essential functions of the CM Leader position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assigns operators to work area.
Trains new department associates as needed.
Performs data entry (Ex. shop orders, scrap report, TPS data, etc.).
Keeps Coordinator informed of machine status (down, problem, etc.).
Tracks assembly status and completes assembly daily report.
Records machine run times and communicates to next shift leader floor status.
Performs machine checks as required (Ex. Oil leaks, ten shot confirmation, water connections after mold change, etc.).
Fill in for various positions to cover for absences (Ex. Operator, Inspector, Coordinator).
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition andfollows and leads others in safety regulations.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
